Artistic Thoughts

Waterfall by M. C. Escher is one of favorite pictures from this artist. Escher is by far my favorite artist, I have own several framed prints. Along with Waterfall, some of my favorites are Reptiles, Relativity, and Drawing Hands. Drawing hands used to sit over my desk when I was an architecture student in college. Even before I was an architecture student, I loved the blending of worlds that Escher creates.

I made a lack luster attempt at becoming an architect, well at least and architecture student, when I began college. I found out I may love design, and I can appreciate the work that goes into all forms of art, but I am no artist. The webpages I create are as artistic as I will ever get. I am quite content with this and really enjoy others works.

Kim Anderson is another artist I really enjoy. You can find a lot of her works at www.kim-arts.com. Her photographs portray the sweet innocence that is young love. I have gone out and purchased a couple of prints , the hopeless romantic in my thinks they are great. Along with the Kim Anderson picture below I am especially fond of the Rose Proposal.

I have tried to recapture some of the artist within me by taking pictures. The web is not the best medium to view photos because of the low resolution but I have included a chart of some of my own photos for you to browse.
