Senior Event Manager

  • Primary operations manager responsible for planning and supporting show services for 25-36 shows annually.
  • Serve as the main contact for the show managers, contractors, exhibitor services, and venue operations.
  • Provide information to all vendors and staff regarding the show timelines and logistics.
  • Conduct weekly operations meetings and pre-con meetings with contractors, in-house staff, and clients.
  • Manage in-house exhibitor services department including telecommunications, internet, and cleaning services.
  • Hire and schedule contractors, coordinate exhibitor forms, monitor orders, track costs, trouble-shoot issues onsite, and staffing for exhibitor services.
  • Manage staff and vendors schedules to support show needs onsite.
  • Advise clients in developing show floor plans, conference room specifications, and registration areas.
  • Oversee the set-up of show floor, conference rooms and lobby areas to ensure client satisfaction.

Along with 373 guest rooms, the Sheraton Framingham Hotel contains over 25 meetings rooms and is home to hundreds of trade events, conferences and social functions.

Catering Sales Manager

  • Member of the "Starwood Sales Team of the Year" for the New England Region, two years running.
  • Managed meetings, conferences and social events from sales to completion.
